Dance and movement are natural ways for the body to express itself and to experience freedom and joy. Watch kids and see how they are always on the go and often VERY happy doing it!

Lisa's personal experience of dancing throughout her life, both for the joy of it and as a professional performer,  led her on to study dance and dance therapy. She recognises how valuable and essential dance/movement is to bring happiness and expansion to an individuals soul.

CI is a movement form where dancers learn to safely lift, roll, lean into and away from each other and discover, through spontaneity, how to listen and respond to owns own body, alongside anothers

Beginners and experienced movers are welcome, this instinctive class serves all types of people from many dance disciplines. Wear loose comfortable clothing and come prepared to have a wonderful time!
